Bringing over three decades of experience in the insurance industry, I am proud to assist my valued customers in securing their financial needs. I graduated from Oklahoma State University with a BS in Business Administration, Finance. In August 2023, I earned the RICP designation, further demonstrating my commitment to providing excellent financial services. Recently, I also earned the CLU designation, adding to my credentials.

My journey began with extensive training in claims processing from 1990 to 2000, providing me with a deep understanding of insurance processes. In September 2022, I achieved the CHFC designation to enhance my expertise in the field. My dedication to my business has earned me recognition, including the State Farm Silver Scroll Award and Ambassador Travel.

In addition to my professional achievements, I actively engage with our community through membership in The Greater Dallas Asian American Chamber of Commerce. My bilingual skills in English and Vietnamese allow me to serve a diverse customer base. I am also involved in community organizations such as The Asian Community Advisory Council, the Board of Directors for the Vietnamese American Community of Dallas, and I co-chair the Asian Advisory Committee for DISD. Furthermore, I contribute to the Girl Scouts Asian Advisory Committee.
